Refugee Family Support

In mid-January, about 50 people gathered to watch the film, "Cabrini," to hear an update about the Rivera family and to contribute toward the fund for the family's living and legal expenses.  Well over $1,000 of much-needed and very much-appreciated money was contributed.  Watching St. Frances Cabrini's advocacy for destitute immigrants in the early 1900s was inspiring and motivating in the face of church and civil opposition.
